About Dr.Zhou

Dr. Peter Zhou is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), born into a family of Doctors of TCM. As a young boy he began his study of traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture, moxbustion, acupressure and Qi Gong from his grandfather. He went on to study TCM at the Chendu Traditional Chinese Medicine University and is currently a certified practitioner in Vancouver, BC. His clinc in Vancouver provides acupuncture, moxbustion, chinese massage, and herbs.

A member of the Canadian Acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine Alliance of BC and a member of the Qualified Acupuncturists and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association. Dr. Peter Zhou is practicing acupunture,
Dr Zhou was an instructor in the TCM & Acupuncture Program offered at Langara College, Vancouver.

Dr. Zhou has published more than ten papers in different academic journals in China and was chief editor of procedural literature which was adhered to by his colleagues. He was a member of China's Association of Acupuncturists and a member of the Chongqing Research Society of Young Practitioners of TCM. Dr. Zhou was a director in the hospital of the Chongqing Teachers University before immigrating to Vancouver to practice acupuncture.
